To Our Supporters,
Just wanted to extend a note of thanks for your support during the
2009 NYS Fire Dept Drill Competition season.
Partnering with this group has allowed our organization to provide
live coverage of our sport throughout the summer to people across
Long Island and throughout the world. We even had listeners as far
as Japan, as some of our friends in the US Military were listening
from the bases they were stationed at.
During this year's NYS Motorized Drill, we "maxed out" the system,
with 200 "slots" being filled by an estimated 500 different
listeners. We had to turn people away "at the doors"! Next year,
with the site of the 2010 NYS Drill in upstate NY, we expect to max
out 500 "slots" online, and the listener count should increase
substantially as well. In addition, our Radio Broadcast is
transmitted locally at the drill site and listened to by many of the
fans and competitors in attendance at the NYS drill, also reaching
an estimated 1000 fire department members and their families.
We hope that this opportunity has given your business some
well-deserved name recognition, and attention from the loyal family
and friends of NYS Fire Dept Drill Competitions.
With 2010 right around the corner, we would love to provide you with
the same opportunity this upcoming Summer! We have created different
participation levels to fit your business' needs:
In addition, we are looking for partners in providing
an electronic scoreboard to help fans keep track of the days events.
If your business would be interested in teaming with our Association
to supply the necessary equipment, we will ensure your business
receives MAXIMUM exposure. This includes banners placed along the
race area at each drill, and scrolling advertisements on the full
color message board. We need your help to make this work! Let us
know if this is an opportunity that can work for your business.
If you have any questions or want to discuss sponsorship
packages, please do not hesitate to ask. You can reach me at the
email address below. We look forward to working with you in
the 2010 racing season!
