Western NY:
Attention WNY Officials:
There will be a rules change briefing on Saturday, June 23 at 11:30, just prior to the setup for the Sea Breeze drill at the Point Pleasant track.
All WNY officials who did not attend either the 01/18/12 WNY Team Captains meeting OR the 03/09/12 officials dinner and meeting must attend.
If you need to attend, but are unable to, contact Jim Princehorn to see if other arrangements can be made. You will not be permitted to officiate until you have attended a briefing on the rule changes.

Northern New York
Sunday April 29 Northern New York Parade& Drill Team Captains Association meeting at Louisville Fire Hall on NYS RT. 37 at 12 noon. Drawing for positions for summer drills as well as other matters will be discussed. All teams are asked to have representatives present as well as tournament hosts.

Northern New York Parade & Drill Officials Association meeting Sunday May 6th at 11 a.m. at Copenhagen Fire Hall. All drill and parade officials are asked to attend for rules interpretation and changes training. Any questions contact an officer or chief judge.

Nassau Suffolk Junior Director's Association:
Nassau/Suffolk Juniors Association – Sunday, May 20, 2012 @ 10am @ Selden Fire Department Headquarters.
All Teams participating in the 2012 racing season, must have at least one representative at this meeting.
Dues must be paid at this meeting, in order to be placed in the drawing for the tournaments for the upcoming 2012 racing season.
All leg trophies must be returned at this meeting. Please feel free to contact any officer with any questions.

Nassau County Parade Officials:
The next meeting is scheduled for January 26th at Rockville Centre Woodland Engine Four's quarters, 20 Driscoll Ave.
The next meeting will be March 22nd at Freeport Headquarters, 15 Broadway. north of sunrise hwy.
