MEETING NOTICE - Western NY Officials
Mandatory Rules Briefing and Election of 2012 Officers:
The Spring meeting of the Western NY Officials will be held on Friday, March 9th, 2012, at the Spencerport Exempts Club.
Dinner will be served at 6:00, with a briefing on the rules changes for 2012, by the Rules Committee, commencing at 7:00. Following the briefing, normal business will be conducted, including the election of the Chief Judges, Slush Fund Custodian, etc.
All returning officials and any other individuals desiring to serve as an official are strongly encouraged to attend this required rules briefing.

The Northern New York Parade & Drill Team Captains Association will meet Sunday March 11 at the Lake Placid Fire Hall at 12 noon. Merger letters are due as well as any other business to be transacted. Please remember to have all information sheets and drill requests in at this time.
